Strong performances today from Ken, David, Caitlin, and Rosie at Round 3 of the Oxfordshire Cross Country League! The challenging 8km course around Shotover Park was a real test of grit.With a long punishing hill to conquer twice, fatigue set in after the second ascent, but the brief downhill stretches provided just enough relief before plunging back into the thick mud. To make things even more intense, the saturated ground had water levels rising to almost waist-deep in some sections.It was a true test of endurance and mental toughness - a race that won’t be easily forgotten. ...
